Preschool Program
An affordable option for daycare offered to Pre-K parents
St. Paul School in Odell is offering a new option for parents of children ages 3-5 in need of daycare. Any child enrolled in St. Paul School’s preschool program will be able to stay for the school’s after care program at no additional cost. The cost of the preschool program is only "$25 a day" (charged monthly), making it an affordable option to daycare. Children can arrive at the school as early as 7:30 a.m. and stay as late as 5:30 p.m. with no transportation needed during the day. St. Paul School offers one of the only options for full-day preschool in the area. Children will receive instruction from teachers, have the option of purchasing a hot lunch, and will be able to rest or nap in the afternoon before staying for after care. After care offers kids a snack and supervised play time, including use of the playground if weather permits.
For the convenience of parents, bus transportation from Dwight or the Campus area is offered for an additional monthly fee.
Registration for the 2023-24 school year now is being accepted, with limited openings available in both classes.
Past parents of St. Paul’s preschool program have been happy with the academic progress their children have made throughout their year in preschool. Different academic instruction is provided to 3-year-old and 4-year-old students, with an emphasis on learning basic math skills and beginning to read. Plenty of time for play and socialization with other children also is worked into the day.
